This is ideal production line for binding notebook, hot glue binding book and wire binding notebook since high speed, high production efficiency, low cost, saving labors in counting paper sheets and inserting book covers.
Some famous brand electric control components are adopted,such as germany siemens PLC, touch screen, frequency transformer and servo driver(or japan mitsubishi brand), and french schneider low-voltage electrical apparatus.
Automatic paper ruling and folding froduction line has the multi-function of paper feeding system, ruling with rectifying, perforation, sliting, center folding, rotary cutrting, counting, inner sheets collecting, cover interting, collecting, and book production counting.
